kamaboko dip

DSC03077 After making the spam wonton, I set aside 5 water chestnuts to make some kamaboko dip before freezing the rest of the can of water chestnuts.

This recipe is really easy to make, just throw the first 3 ingredients and the water chestnuts into a food processor and pulse then mix with some mayo.

Enjoy on Ritz crackers.

Yum, I love kamaboko! It's weird but I always think the pink rimmed ones are better than the plain white ones haha.

Looks like a tasty snack when you get the munchies. Are those Ritz crackers?

yup Ritz, Rowena. I think other crackers just don't taste good with this.

Take care.
