Then, in Sapporo we went to the Kikkoman factory which was pretty interesting. I also look for those bottles that have either a small stick of bonito or katsuo bushi, dried/fried garlic, chili, konbu and you add your own shoyu. I keep saying I'd copy that and give them as Christmas gifts, but never got around to it. <br />This bottle looks delicious! Yakibuta sounds delicious!
