I find it helps to whack the package on the counter to kinda loosen the sugar a bit. Then I snip just a corner and pour directly into an airtight container. This is my method born after cleaning up lots of sugary messes! ; )manjuhttp://www.threetastes.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17223830.post-27396692292125524392011-03-21T08:38:03.255+09:002011-03-21T08:38:03.255+09:00I wish these bags were resealable Deb in Hawaii, t...I wish these bags were resealable Deb in Hawaii, they barely leave any space to cut the bag open :0

Take care.
KatK and Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15375282198168168331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17223830.post-12683183039347949022011-03-21T08:28:39.018+09:002011-03-21T08:28:39.018+09:00I bought some in a resealable plastic bag the othe...I bought some in a resealable plastic bag the other day that I thought was a good compromise--less space but not as tightly packed as the one there. ;-)Deb in Hawaiihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12753889028487254096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17223830.post-9359189745742506762011-03-21T08:27:44.665+09:002011-03-21T08:27:44.665+09:00every 2 months is really good I think Rowena. hope...every 2 months is really good I think Rowena. hope you can cut down on using it at home :)

Take care.
KatK and Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15375282198168168331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17223830.post-81817779320037232962011-03-21T06:28:23.608+09:002011-03-21T06:28:23.608+09:00Our sugar comes in paper or plastic, normally at 1...Our sugar comes in paper or plastic, normally at 1 kilo sizes. I've actually been keeping track of our consumption of sugar to see how much we go through. It works out that I buy a kilo every 2 months. Not too bad, I think, even if it means baking less sweets. Aside from all the stuff regarding sugar as being bad for your health, I really want to cut down on using it at home although whatever it's in when we eat out is another topic!Rowenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15335673619430109527noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17223830.post-9401406372030468842011-03-20T08:34:07.701+09:002011-03-20T08:34:07.701+09:00Thanks Dennis :)
