It has been awhile since I've posted "things I'm liking", so I thought I would do one today...
The assorted rose teas by Mlesna I received from Tamakikat.
An assortment of 10 different rose teas...all nicely flavored, not overpowering or perfumy.
I've been enjoying these iced. Thank you!
If ever you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, go up to the 15th floor of the new Hankyu building.
There is a huge sitting area.
Great place to just veg.
Just be warned...no eating or smoking allowed (there is a security guard there to tell you so! if you can't read the pictorial signs).
I've mentioned that Daimaru Umeda has renovated and they have also changed most of their cafes.
On the 4th floor is Caffera, which I've written about here.
While the cafe hasn't changed floors, its interior was hauled over and is more open, letting in more light with the huge windows.
There is also a huge tree in the middle of the cafe!
Love their cappuccinos too, still delicious as before.
One of my favorite bakeries in Umeda is Boulangerie Burdigala.
I often pick something up from here after French class.
Recently though, I like their saucisse (sausage) bread.
The sausage is spicy, like chorizo and has a nice snap.
While walking the aisles in 7-eleven, I came across their brownie.
It is a little hard, but very rich and chocolatey...delicious!
What have you been enjoying lately?

Wow that sitting area looks so sleek and nice!
Also, yet another reason I love Japan- I'd never get a brownie at a 7-11 here in the US, but I would in Japan, haha!
