It is amazing what you see when you walk your usual walking route in the opposite direction.
I noticed this teeny hair salon. I don't think they are still in operation though.
Noticed this thin building.
Usually from the train you can see the side of the building, but when I walked towards it, I noticed it is like a slice of pie.
I also noticed these stairs.
Thought is was fun how they painted the underneath of the stairs a different color from the building.
At a shopping mall they had a contest, you had to guess how many chocolates were used to cover the bell.
Dunno what the answer is...
Every time I pass this apartment building, there is a MINI that is covered.
No matter what time of day I pass by, it is covered or gone.
At one point, I was so curious to see what was under the cover, I almost lifted up the cover...good thing I waited.
We passed by this bicycle shop in Osaka. I loved their sign, "what kind of bicycle do you like?" it says.
I guess this is why they call them sky scrapers...
> Satoshi and I were in awe of the items at Gucci...for kids!
What have you been seeing on your walks?

Such great observations, Kat...I love going with you on your walks~
Love walking in Japan with a camera as you can spot some wonderful and amazing things along the journey. Really enjoyed your walk Kat :)
Japan Australia
aw thanks Lizzy :)
Thanks J-A!
Take care you two.

I like that you don't have melting snow on the ground. Lately I've been putting off walks because the dogs get so dirty with snirt (snow and dirt) plus salt on the roads aren't good for their feet.
You have robot control now? I didn't know that was available.
Those first two buildings really made good use of the land!
love that word "snirt", Rowena, I noticed everyone had it on their blogs, didn't know it was on mine...
for sure, Jalna :)
Take care you two.

Yeah I just noticed on mine too...what a pain. I know that they're trying to make it hard on spammers but that type of filter? Grrrr....
after you mentioned it Rowena, I went to settings to see and turned off "word verification" because I moderate my comments.
Hopefully I turned it off :p
Take care.
Kat
You have a mini obsession.....I find that so funny.
I think I'm attracted to all vintage cars, Kirk, it is just that MINIs are more abundant :)
Take care.
Kat
That little former hair salon looks like it could make a nice coffee spot! ;)
I think it would be a very "skinny" coffee shop, Rick :)
Take care.
Kat
My walks are always so boring compared to your walks! ;-)
aw thanks Deb :)
Take care.
