Yay! Is that hakama that the girl is wearing pretty much a Kyoto thing? I actually recall seeing those in Kyoto (and with those boots too,) but can't recall seeing them anywhere else, especially Tokyo. v

actually you see them whenever there are graduations, V. It is not specifically a Kyoto thing.
