Since Satoshi was eating out on Friday, I bought one for my dinner.
This time around I chose the chicken tinga for my protein.
This was delicious!
And I love the colorful veggies that they used too.

I just finished up some spaghetti and meatballs I had in my freezer (even half a recipe makes about 5 meals-all.week.long!) and have been craving taco rice lately.
