starbucks

Here's the latest macaron at Starbucks...sakura(cherry blossom) flavor.

The cream inside is a light brown, but has a very nice, light cherry taste. This went nicely with black coffee, short sized, of course!

It is Friday here, hope you have a nice weekend.

  7. Just had a sakura macaron-the last one on the stand-at the Karasuma Shijo Kudaru Starbucks. It was very good:)

  8. Glad you liked it Tamakikat! I wanted to try it with their new coffee, Peru, but they were still brewing it when I was ordering, so I ended up having it with the Yukon Blend.

    Take care.

  9. The quality of Starbuck's coffee here is really going down. Our latte taste of milk and water, but nowhere can you find the coffee... *sigh* we've given up on it.

    Take care.

  11. Peru? Yukon? Sounds good. I've got to remember to be more adventurous and order more than just plain old latte and a sweet.

  12. Usually when I order a sweet I try the "coffee of the day", Kathy, especially if it is NOT the house blend :)

    Take care.

  13. I don't know what i would do if I could not find a Starbucks -I hope the taste improves for Monique-maybe the water?

  14. I hope the taste improves for Monique too, Jann. It is either the water or the person making the coffees.

    Take care.
