abientot

Recently I tried Abientot's coconut cream anpan 210 yen (about US$2.10).

The outside was a soft brioche glazed with sugar and coconut, inside was custard cream, sweet bean paste and coconut.

It sort of reminded me of coconut macaroons, rich...delicious!

  2. Coconut and anpan? Thanks Kat, and here I was going to throw the crazy idea of a gelato that I made yesterday (just the idea of posting part). Today is National Doughnut Day and I am scrambling for post material but I'm not making donuts.
