The aftermath of this earthquake is horrifying and heartbreaking.
I'm still worried about friends in Sendai, they haven't answered emails. I am hoping they are safe. I want to try calling, but don't want to tie up the lines.
All of Japan's coastlines are still on tsunami alert and every few minutes there are reports of earthquakes occurring in the Northern parts of Honshu.
Thank you for all your comments of concern, we are fine, I'm glad to hear that the damage in Hawaii was minimal, please keep Japan in your prayers.
The first thing I thought of was you. Glad to see you and your family are safe.

We were "lucky" in Hawaii with damage not comparable to Japan. Take care and God bless.
