Met up with my Twitter friend, H.
She introduced me to my first Michelin restaurant, Kitanozaka Eita.
Apparently they recently received 1 star...so now it is very hard to get a table. (Luckily, she was able to get us a table.)
This was part 1 of our lunch.
I can't tell you all the details of each dish, just that everything was delicious.
This was part 2.
I do remember that dessert (top right corner) was a pudding made from sake kasu (the lees of rice wine)...even though I ate it, the alcohol flavor was really strong, so I didn't really care for it.
Overall though, everything was delicious and service pretty quick, total price for lunch was 1500 yen.
Thanks for a great day H!

Man, that's cheap for a Michelin star Restaurant.
ReplyDeletethere was another meal choice that was even cheaper Kirk, we chose the middle one :)
ReplyDeleteTake care.

I was thinking the same thing that KirkK did, but also that's a lot of food for 1500 yen!
ReplyDeleteWow, looks great, I'm glad you were able to try it out!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it wasn't crazy expensive, Rowena :)
ReplyDeleteme too K :)
