autumn roses

The other week I went to have my teeth cleaned. Afterwards I took a little walk through Nakanoshima Rose Garden. I was surprised that there were many roses still blooming...Like Mme Figaro.

This one had a spicy fragrance.

The weather wasn't the greatest this day, but just to stop and smell these beauties made it a good day.

    Kat! I love Nakanoshima! I run through there whenever we visit (the hotel where we always stay is not too far from there). We were just there last week for a couple of days. Hopefully next time I'll be able to get in touch!

    Looking at these makes me wish for spring, as our roses went kaput a month ago when the weather got colder. Curious about the one with a spicy fragrance.
