made in japan

We've been enjoying these dried apple slices.

The apples are from Aomori, a prefecture in Japan known for their apples. My favorite is the Fuji and these dried apples slices are just that.

I like that these slices are slightly soft and the sweetness just right.

The best part is that they are made in Japan.

  2. Those apple slices looks really good. I have never seen any that look that soft. The ones I see all are very dried. I wonder if the US has a product like that.

  4. They've got a yellowish color that I've never seen in dried apples before. But I think maybe because they don't use sulphur to keep them white/cream color like others?
