We've been enjoying these dried apple slices.
The apples are from Aomori, a prefecture in Japan known for their apples. My favorite is the Fuji and these dried apples slices are just that.
I like that these slices are slightly soft and the sweetness just right.
The best part is that they are made in Japan.
What have you been enjoying these days?
They look delish! I'm enjoying mikan and persimmons:)
ReplyDeleteThose apple slices looks really good. I have never seen any that look that soft. The ones I see all are very dried. I wonder if the US has a product like that.
ReplyDeletemikan & persimmon sound great TK!
ReplyDeleteThanks bluang3lbby! I hope you can find something like this in the US!
Take care you two.

They've got a yellowish color that I've never seen in dried apples before. But I think maybe because they don't use sulphur to keep them white/cream color like others?
ReplyDeleteI think you may be right about them not using sulphur Rowena.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
