spice gouda

We recently came across this cheese at the market...spice gouda.

Cumin seeds generously sprinkled throughout this cheese.

Some might be put off by the smell of cumin but we like it.

A nice balance of spice to cheese.

I think it might be also delicious melted.

    Hi Kat - This sounds like something I'd love....though I'd probably prefer a blue with cumin...it would smell like Sammy's Feet and really bad armpit! ;o)
