One might think that Japan is a clean country...

I thought it was relatively clean.

Until I saw this...

Someone's parent decided to leave a dirty diaper for someone else to clean up.

Of all places to put it too, on top of a police box...whoa?!

    Not exactly hygienic, and it can be very shocking for people who are used to seeing Japan (or envision Japan) as a clean, well-rounded country with highly disciplined people. We'll never know who put out that dirty diaper out there, but it is definitely not something that you would always see in Japan.
