udon kichi

The past couple of days have been super hot!

I think the weather dude said that we're having July temps...gah!

and we haven't even started rainy season yet...

Sunday we had lunch at Udon Kichi.

I'm glad they have some "cold" items on their menu.

I ordered the fried chicken bukkake udon.

The chicken was so crisp and the insides still tender!

The grated ginger and daikon give everything a nice zing when mixed with the sauce.

I am definitely ordering this again!
