vinho verde

I am probably late to the game but I just stumbled on Vinho Verde.

Wines from the Vinho Verde region of Portugal.

Most have bubbles, light, fruity, some are dry and there are also rose versions too.

Don't forget to look for the seal of guarantee too.

What are you enjoying these days?

  1. We drank quite a bit of Vinho Verde (and Port) in Portugal Kat! It's quite easy to drink.

  2. I am enjoying visiting my old faithful restaurants every weekend before this island is shut down for good again.

BTW did I read a headline that Tokyo's latest daily count went *below* triple digits? Friggin' Oahu hasn't seen that since what, early July?

    I'm spooked.

  3. rather easy to drink Kirk :)

two digit numbers might be a fluke Saburo, as Mondays numbers are usually low (testing office not working over the weekend), was hoping to see you guys this autumn, but it looks like a no go for awhile..

    Take care you two!

  4. I love your wine finds! I don't see any Portual wines in the supermarket, but fortunately there is enough rosé and rosati to ride out the rest of summer. will post when I can get my head together.

  5. Rowena, Chile wines are the most abundant here, so whenever I see something from other countries I try to pick them up to try.

    Take care.
