One butternut squash...
made into 4 bowls of soup
Roasted then tossed with onion, chorizo and maitake then topped with some cheese sauce.
Roasted then served with salad and hamburger topped with cheese sauce...
Cooked with pasta, chicken, lotus root, onions, spinach, garlic, squeeze of lemon.
And the last of it put into won ton soup.
The temps have dropped considerably over the past couple of days...what have you been enjoying?!

ReplyDeleteIt's still hot and humid here but I had yukkejang for lunch! I feel like Palama Market's recipe is pretty close to what Jeannine at Arirang used to make (and cheaper!)

that must've been a pretty good-sized squash to get so many dishes out of it. I've been enjoying nothing special (saving that for this weekend) and the temps are now up to 23-24°C in the daytime? krazzzzzzzzzy!!!!
