This shop was produced by Takafumi Horie or Horiemon as most people call him here.
From what I could understand, the owner often used Horie's shop to sell his curry, which he made as a hobby.
I guess the curry was so delicious, that Horie decided to help him start his own shop.
We got there a little after 11:00 and had to wait a little for seats.I ordered the chicken bouillon based curry with cheese topping....800 yen (tax included) plus 200 yen for cheese
It doesn't look like a lot of cheese but it was and I enjoyed this.
The spices creep up on you as you are eating this but don't linger for very long.
I would get this one again with a different topping.
Satoshi ordered the dashi based curry (a blend of chicken broth and fish stock) with seafood topping...950 yen (tax included) (800 yen for curry plus 150 yen for the seafood)
They also sell curry pan at 14:00 so I hope to get to try this in the future.
We'll be back to try different toppings and hope they can make a go of this.
