thankful

Aunty M is in Japan with a tour group and sent us a care package of snacks, prune mui and masks.

We appreciate her thoughtfulness.

There was even part of the newspaper which I loved reading too.

Thank you Aunty!

  3. is it still mandatory to mask up over there? I would guess in enclosed spaces like supermarkets and shops, but outdoors too? I LOVE those masks!

  4. Rowena, Japan actually never had a mandatory mask mandate, everything was and still is "on request base" only.

    Jalna, it really was!

    Take care you two.

  5. Wow, score! One of my regular readers just got back from Japan and said masking compliance is still going strong.

  6. indeed Kirk, but the temps are getting cooler so ventilation is getting harder to do.

    Take care.
