I love how you also added the okra and shiso(?). I've been cooking with that ra-yuu because lots of stir fry recipes call for sesame oil, garlic, salt and chili so I figure, it's already there! Except, when the chili gets heated, it burns your eyes and nose. LOL v

We like this on tofu as well Kat, both cold and air-fried. I also use it on karaage and ramen.

ReplyDeleteV, I put cucumber, okra, shiso & myoga, I would use the ra-yu too especially if the recipe calls for the same ingredients.
