Update on the man/truck driver that fell into the sinkhole.
Apparently they found him, BUT it will take 3 months! to get him out AND another 3 years to fix that hole!
I feel so sad for him and for his family.

Oh my - 3 months? How can that be!
Back in 2016 there was a five-lane sinkhole in a busy street in Fukuoka that got repaired in a week. I was amazed. This current one must be complicated to fix.
super sad about the man in the sinkhole. I kept remembering how the huge one in Hakata was fixed in just several days and thought this would have been fixed quickly too.
