Jalna, friend Mona told me to try to take the stem off when choosing, if it comes off easily and it's greenish in the "hole" where you took off the stem from, then it is ready to eat...Take care! Kat
regardless, that's a really nice looking avocado. The ones I get from the market are usually whitish-doesn't look so ono. And I'm totally like Jalna, no can choose good ones, either too green or lots of black inside. v
