V, it was still had a little crunch, I think it might also depend on how thin/thick you grate your carrots. I only made it like the show for this recipe, my usual way to make it is with chili crisp and the carrots. Take care! Kat
I've seen your previous posts on ninjin shirishiri but always thought it was kinda of a weird dish. I think I would like the carrots more on the crunchy side too. Saw a recipe where they add tofu instead of meat so it's a champuru with carrots instead of goya! v
