I recently posted about li hing here.
Well, the other night I made some li hing popcorn.
After popping your corn, add half a teaspoon of the li hing powder with 1 teaspoon of sugar to the popped corn, shake the pan and enjoy! If that isn't enough crunch for you, add in some arare (rice crackers).
Popcorn, ebisen, updates from the police! Glad to see that you are back into blogging mode Kat. Me, I woke up thinking that it was Monday. Maybe I should stop drinking too much limoncello in the evenings. Aside from helping with digestion, a nice liqueur does help to warm up a bit! ;-)

i should try this recipe, my husband loves popcorn..though im not sure where i could find some lihing :-)
