ebisen

Whenever Satoshi goes to Nagoya, he always picks up some Furaibo--twice fried chicken wings, for me. This time around he bought another favorite of mine, ebi senbei or ebisen . This one is made by Bankaku. The crackers are crispy and very shrimp-y, makes you feel like you are chomping on the shells of the shrimp!

Can't get to Nagoya? Don't worry, they are in most large department stores around Japan.

  2. Thanks Paz! I hope you get a chance to try twice fried chicken, if ever you get to L.A., Furaibo has 3 locations.

    Take care.

  5. Oh! I remember these! Last time my hubby's co-worker from the Tokyo office came, she brought that for us. But the bag I had wasn't shrimp flavoured though.

  6. They must have been a selection of rice crackers, Monique. All the ones in this box are shrimp flavored. :)

    Take care.
