Tuesday's breakfast started off with some leftover carrot salad, strawberries and cake that my mother-in-law received from a neighbor, then gave to us, oh and cafe latte/cappucino.
Since I had to run an errand for Satoshi at the city office, I stopped in to my favorite bakery, Abientot, and picked up a basil chicken sandwich and a coffee custard brioche for lunch. The coffee custard was too sweet for my liking.
Dinner was szechuan salt and pepper shrimp on some baby rocket, and some fried gobo (burdock) coated with a sweet but spicy sauce (also bought...I gotta figure out the recipe for this one too, I love this too!) and rice.
That basil chicken sandwich looks so ono! Whether it's eating in or out the food looks wonderful. Have a great week!

Ok, am I missing out on something here? You've started the week posting on what you ate and are continuing to do so, so I'm wondering if there's an event going on. Kinda like NaBloPoMo!
ReplyDeleteno event, Rowena, it's just that a reader was curious to see what we eat that I don't normally post about :)
