first cappuccino...of 2009

Today I met up with my friend Kazumi for lunch.

She picked me up and we headed towards the Minoo station where I introduced her to Per Caffe Bianco.

We ordered the Florian lunch set and while dining over pumpkin soup, green salad with proscuitto, spaghetti with clams, margherita pizza and a dessert of our choice, we caught up on things.

She has been taking care of her parents, so we haven't seen each other in awhile. We had a nice time talking and the food was...actually too much...we were stuffed!

Here is a picture of my creme brulee, it was actually huge, we probably could have shared. Kazumi had the zuccotto.

Here is my cappuccino, the first of 2009...a snowman. (Actually, I've had a cappuccino at another cafe for the first of 2009, but it isn't worth telling you about it nor is it worth counting.)

Kazumi's cappuccino was a cute bunny.

It was a great day, I hope she liked the food, I know I did and had a nice time chatting with her. (Thank you!)

  9. I love the cappuccino art so much--the designs are always so great. It amazes me how they do it with all the different designs.
