oneglass

I saw this at Enoteca, a specialty wine shop we have in Japan and thought it would be nice to try.

OneGlass is made in Italy, and I think these would be nice to take along on a picnic or something.

They also make a Cabernet Sauvignon but Enoteca had run out.

They run about 320 yen (about US$3.20) each, but if you just want a glass of wine I think this would be perfect.

It is a National Holiday today and we are off to visit with my host-family. Only 2 more days until Christmas!

  4. Haha Nate! My sentiments exactly. Still, something like this would be so much lighter in the backpack on a hike. Kat I never even heard of oneglass so I'm wondering if it it's something marketed for overseas. I already know by instinct that if I tell MotH about this he is gonna blow it off because italians like one bottle (or more). Will check this out 'cause the box looks cute!

  5. Cool idea! I think this would be nice for cooking also- if you just need one glass worth of wine for stews or sauces!

Hope you get a chance to have some wine Tanya :)

    Thanks Debinhawaii :)

Yeah, lugging a whole bottle can be quite heavy Rowena. Especially if you are also lugging lots of snacks.

    So true K!

    Take care everyone!
