Some things that I'm liking...the chocolate pistachio danish from Abientot.
This danish is filled with lots of pistachio cream and chocolate ganache...yummy!
The berry chai from Royal Copenhagen.
I received this from someone and it was delicious.
A blend of rhubarb, cinnamon and black tea.
A little tart but delicious. (Thank you, Y!)
The chai from Lupicia.
So far we've tried the Ginger Assam and it is delicious, but I am intrigued by the Cardamom Pepper, hope it is just as delicious.
The body lotion and lip gloss from Victoria's Secret.
In Hawaii, I never used body lotion because my skin never felt dried out.
But in Japan, with the cold weather, body lotion is definitely necessary.
This brand is good because it doesn't feel greasy just smooth and doesn't dry out your skin like some brands do when there are fragrances in them.
I like their lip gloss too, though I was a little concerned when the cashier told me that "these taste good". I would've thought she would say "I like these colors" or something like that...
Is there anything that you are liking?
I really enjoy the chocolate danish from Abientot as well. I love the bakeries in Japan because you pick up a tray and can select the pieces that you want.
ReplyDeletetrue J-A, but I also feel the tray is a bit unsanitary as they wipe all with the same cloth.
ReplyDeleteTake care.

I know what you mean!! Living in Florida, I hardly ever use lotion. I went to San Francisco for Christmas vacation and my skin went berserk. It immediately dried out and cracked. I came home with scaly cracked arms and legs. Not pretty. lol
ReplyDeleteDanish looks yummy! I love anything pistachio
Pocky,
ReplyDeletemust be the humidity in the air in Florida & Hawaii :p hope you can fix your scaliness!
Take care.

That danish looks awesome, I want one now!
ReplyDeleteChocolate AND pistachio!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip about the VS lotions. I do not like greasy lotions too. When I was back in Hawaii for the holidays, all by chapped hands healed because of Hawaii's humidity.
ReplyDeleteThanks Brilynn! nice to hear from you :)
ReplyDeleteJalna...I know!!
Hope you like these Genki :)
Take care everyone.

My god that danish looks so good! It's off subject but I can tell you that I'm liking the fact that was able to reply to 5 emails....in 90 minutes. Patience is a virtue (and I'm about ready to call it quits and have some chai).
ReplyDeletewhoa 5 emails in 90 minutes, that must mean your internet service is on some kind of "vacation", Rowena..I think you should have some chai and cookies!
ReplyDeleteTake care.
