inaba gapao

I talked about Inaba's curries here, here, and here.

Well, they also have gapao...minced chicken with basil and spices.

We had this for dinner one night and I served this with some spinach, rice and a sunny-side up egg.

I liked this. It was really spicy and I like saying the name too...gapao.

  2. Definitely a thai influence with the basil - quick and easy!

  4. aw you're so sweet Kalin's Mommy! The egg yolks in Japan are huge and orangey, probably the only place I would eat the egg raw.

couldn't taste much basil, Rowena, but it was definitely quick and easy!

Eggs are pretty spectacular in Japan, K!

    Take care everyone.
