Found a small package of Thai chilies at Crazy Pantry recently.
They look a bit more stubby than what I have seen online.
I've never cooked with these but from what people have told me, they have quite a kick.
Do you cook with Thai chilies?
What recipes do you use them in?
Those do look stubbier than the ones i've seen. Wonder how hot is hot on the Scoville scale?

Hi Kat - That really looks like a Fresno Chili. It's definitely not a typical Thai Bird or Dragon's eye chili, the type I'm used to seeing. Those are very thin.
