Yesterday, after the dentist, I picked up a couple of canelé from Daniel.

Matcha, Fig & Walnut, Blueberry Coconut.

These are cute (about 2 inches high), perfect for gifts or a snack.

I'm glad I tried these, I'll be back.

    I looked up "canelé" and found "soft custard center and dark caramelized crust". It sounds so wonderful!

    Funny you should mentioned canele....we tried a couple in France and really didn't care much for them. Really dense and much too sweet.
