What was that guy in the last video towards the end cooking? At first I thought yakisoba but looking closer, it doesn't seem to be a griddle type surface. v
From the very first time I went to Japan, I had envisioned lots of Oden stands scattered around on a cold day when you could stop and have some steaming hot oden. I was so disappointed to have not found any in all the years but thank goodness for the combini. Not quite the ambience or experience I was looking for but.... I did see a stand in Kyushu that is really famous so had that on my list when I get back that way. v
