i recently bought an apple peeler gizmo. Has a razor-like blade and it rests on the apple while it spins. shaving the skin off. I haven't tried it yet, in fact haven't opened it yet, LOL.
ReplyDeleteI've been only buying envy apples and I swear, the skin is so sweet, I like the skin so was going to use this to peel fuji or other types if I bought them.
i also heard years ago, that apple seeds were toxic and you shouldn't eat them. Now I read that you'd have to eat a ton of seeds for them to be toxic. Whatever!
