nest time, freeze the soup until very slushy or smash the frozen ice. Even more refreshing.
also, if you get the samgyepsol again, get leafy green or red lettuce and if you can find sesame leaves, make wraps with little of everything wrapped. If no sesame leaves, shungiku would be good.

I don't think I've seen sesame leaves V, only something called Sanchu, which looks like long leafy lettuce. Shungiku is out of season (only in winter for nabe):)
