They give you the soup packet so you can put it together just before eating.
Love the pull of the noodles.
Gonna try their bi bim kook soo next time.

also, if you get the samgyepsol again, get leafy green or red lettuce and if you can find sesame leaves, make wraps with little of everything wrapped. If no sesame leaves, shungiku would be good. (from the Korean wannabe :)) v
I don't think I've seen sesame leaves V, only something called Sanchu, which looks like long leafy lettuce. Shungiku is out of season (only in winter for nabe):)
