It sounded easy and I had all the ingredients
I cut the recipe to fit my “baking rules” = to use 50 grams of butter & 1 egg
I added a little oil to make up the amount of butter needed
Anyway, it came out nicely, not all recipes work when I cut the measurements downSuper chocolatey, a little dense…delicious!
Glad I tried this and reconnected with this cookbook.
