boneless spareribs

When I went to Yokohama to see the roses last week, I stopped into Union, a superarket, and they had the same boneless spareribs that I bought in February (photo from February)

So, I purchased some for our dinner.

I sauteed some onion, carrot, eggplant and spinach and then tossed in the sliced spareribs at the end to heat.

This was so good over rice...super peppery, meaty and tender.

Would definitely get this again.

  1. looks so ono. My daughter told me to buy small bags of veggies from the open market because about $2.00 per bag of veggies, way easier and cheaper than the larger quantities in the market and I can't use all so wasted a lot.
