this and that

when I was younger, I remember seeing the English alphabet for sign language in the back of a dictionary that we had, and used to practice it every so often, so when I came across the hiragana "alphabet" for Japanese sign language, thought it was neat!

probably the weirdest thing that popped up in the ads on FB

you know how some people just wear their leggings like pants?! somehow, I can just imagine some guy wearing this as is...eep!

my photo uploaded wonky...Tochio Aburaage from Niigata

Pan fried then topped with chili crisp and some green onions...so good!
This Tochio Aburaage was super thick! I would get this one again, was about 200 yen (tax included)
twins!

seen in shibuya station...I had no idea Pokemon was 30!

And apparently February 27 is Pokemon day.
WBC (world baseball classic) store at Miyashita Park, one of my favorite street artists, Overall Arts, painted this...bummer it was roped off, would’ve liked going closer to see it
sakura sweet bean paste filled taiyaki
spam musubi from Momochi..loved that there was egg and spam in every bite, dunno that they needed to put tartar sauce in there though...

The weather this week was warm for a bit, and then we had rain all.day.long. the other day and now we are back to cold...

Pollen as well as the yellow dust thingy from China is making the air all hazy

And just like that, February is over

Hope you have a safe weekend.

I always wondered if each language had their own sign as alphabet. Interesting
This tochio aburaage. When fried, does it get crispy? This sounds ono.

V, only the outside gets crispy, the inside is tofu, so that stays soft...Take care! Kat
