My aunty's friend, W, just came back from Switzerland and brought these delicious florentines to our Sunday dinner. These are made by a Swiss confectioner called Laederach (sorry, I don't know how to change the font to German). The bottoms are different kinds of chocolate-milk and dark and the tops are a thin brittle with almonds and citrus peel. Thank you!
