Satoshi had the day off, so we bought some items for lunch and went to check out the bairin at Osaka castle yesterday.
I think the temperature was close to 20C (68F), which is considered "warm" for us, since we've been in single digits for awhile now.
Spring is coming, I can't wait! (though I won't get too excited as they say we may have a cold snap next week...)
It's Friday here, I hope you have a great weekend.

20 degrees...so jealous! We're going through a rainy period now, and all this dampness and cold is making me have the sneezes, coughs, sniffles, etc. If only we could have just a teeny bit of sun.
ReplyDeleteweather dude says we're gonna have a cold snap next week, Rowena, I been having the sniffles, I hope I am not getting hayfever. :(

Looking forward to spring in Japan now that we are back full time. We attended an Ume Matsuri in Gifu last week and they were beautiful. A great prelude to the cherry blossoms that will hopefully come soon.
ReplyDeletehope you get to enjoy the cherry blossoms, JA!
