Yesterday after coming out of the bath, I noticed I had all these red bumps across my stomach area, they are all different sizes

I hadn't noticed it before going into the bath, so I looked online and it might be from the hot water of the furo

It doesn't hurt and isn't itchy just not nice to look at.

Hoping it isn't shingles, after looking online, it doesn't look like it but will go to the doctor if it gets worse or starts to hurt.
