last days of november

osaka112611 I know it is December, but I thought I'd share some sights of the last days of November.

This one is of the gingko trees in Honmachi. I took this while I was waiting for Satoshi to finish his German language class on Saturday.

112911minoo (8) On a walk on Tuesday...the maple leaves are kind of brownish-red this year.

112911minoo (12) I saw this kodachi-dahlia (tree dahlia) in someone's yard, it was peering over their wall.

This tree must be at least 10 feet tall?!

112911minoo (14) A close-up of the flower...big and pretty.

112911minoo (15) This one is called fusentowata (gomphocarpus), it is ugly looking but I've seen it used it flower arrangements.

minoo113011 (3) Most of the cherry tree leaves are starting to fall already.

minoo113011 I really liked how the gingko tree leaves brightened up a hazy day.

Those maple leaves are stunning. I miss the turning leaves living here.

We have a bit of snow on the ground and absolutely no leaves left on the trees...your photos make me want to back pedal about a month :)

The colours of Autumn in Japan are so beautiful. It is my favourite time of year along with Spring :)

Fall colors are so nice to reflect on especially with gray shades of winter around the corner. And that is why I wish it would snow already!
