sosh the market bar

Checked out Sosh the Market Bar for breakfast one Sunday morning.

They have one thing on their morning menu...the Power Breakfast...950 yen.

The breakfast is only served on weekends from 8:00 and consists of...

An hour limit to the salad bar...all their veggies come from areas around Japan

The roasted onion was super sweet!

Everything like the ham, eggs and toast were from different areas of Japan too.

A daily veggie juice, this day it was carrot and your choice of drink, I chose coffee.

From my pics it may not look like much, but it was super filling, and super quiet...I'll be back.

For 950 yen and an hour limit at the salad bar, I could eat my money's worth. Thick toast!

bread in our part of Japan tends to be sliced thick, Rowena :)

Take care!

Do they sell whole loves but unsliced? The reason why that caught my eye is because I saw something called bunny chow (a type of street food from south africa, if i remember well). Anyways, they used a a good part of a squared loaf as a container to hold meat stew. So it's like you can eat your entire meal, "bowl" included! I wanted to try something like that, but I've never seen straight-sided loaf pans here. Your toast looks like it was baked in such a pan.

they do sell unsliced loaves Rowena here but only at bakeries. what they sell at the supermarkets are already sliced.

Take care.
