The other day I was asking Satoshi, of the dishes that I cook, what was his top 5. Here's his list, not in any order.Szechuan Pepper & Salt Shrimp
Kim Chee gyoza
Salmon Meuniere
Roasted onions and Layered Taco Dip
I was surprised he didn't have spicy poke on his list.

It would have to be the kimchee gyoza, and now that you brought that up, I will make your recipe while I'm here since I can finally get the ingredients. Yay!
