seminole
Seminole is a type of citrus that I came upon.
The outer flesh is quite thick making it hard to peel.
Online it suggests you cut it into wedges...they call this the "smile cut".
I like the naming for this type of cut.
We need more smiles these days.
I'm glad we tried this, it was juicy and very sweet.

when one of my cousins gets a "smile" cut orange, he makes several slits on one of the edges, sticks it in his mouth with the white side showing to make goofy false teeth.
were they sweet? amazing how many varieties are available now, which is a good thing. v
