Today's dinner was loco moco. I have written about this before here. Very simple and easy to make. :)Happy 4th of July everyone! We don't celebrate it here in Japan, so there aren't any festivities of anykind. :( Miss all the family gatherings and good food! If you're having a gathering, please be safe, but enjoy!

mmm, i don't eat much meat but i'll eat a patty in a good loco moco. lose the greens, though :)
i've never had kakaako kitchen's loco moco since i always get their corned beef hash for breakfast, but i'll try it next time...
