starbucks
I recently came across Starbucks new macaron...matcha (green tea).
It was good. A little bitter from the green tea, there was green tea cream in the center.
It went nicely with a dark mocha frappuccino.

Hi Kat! I love your blog. You got me started on eating dark chocolate and macarons...and macs are not easy to find in my area.
Anyway, I've noticed all the macarons in your pictures look huge. Exactly how big are they? The ones I order from an online bakery are only about 1 1/2 inches across. I always end up eating 2 in a sitting. :)

Thanks!
Thank you Passthepocky! This particular macaron was about 2 or 3inches across. Usually if the macaron is smaller, I eat more at 1 sitting :p
Take care.

That just looks very....green. I'd be afraid I would turn into a martian from eating it. :P
The others you have mentioned looked pretty good, though.
Aw Gertie, this was actually really good!
Take care.

YUMMMMY! What do you think the chances are that we could find that in metro DC????
Manju,
I would say that if the President had one, it would be in all the Starbucks :)
Take care.

No Matcha in the New York Starbucks selection...
:(((
just the classics
why?
The matcha ones are made in Japan PB, you said yours came from France right? Still they have Sadaharu Aoki, so...hmmm...
Take care.
