I just checked out other YouTube videos on the Yaki Imo Man. So cute!!! I wish we had such things here.

oh wow, sounds more like a type of warning whistle, so no wonder you were hesitant! I expected to hear an actual human whistling.
I am not hesitant of the whistle, I've heard mixed things about these types of vendors, Rowena, sometimes they sell poorly roasted potatoes.Take care.Kat
